HRD Healthcare training system has 4 optional billable functions:
Library, eprogrammes, TestEd, and Appraisals. The system also has a Training Records function assigned to all users and a Report function
allocated to group controllers.

Training courses and eprogrammes can be designed and
developed for clients wanting online training programmes suitable for regulatory
compliance, or corporate knowledge verification for standard applications and
consistency in deliver quality in support of their development programmes.
Blended
learning eProgrammes
Our blended learning methods cover training
courses, PowerPoints, work books, assignments, action plans and knowledge tests.
These learning methods are enriched by delivery methods covering system, distant
learning, and face-to-face tutoring, coaching, mentoring.
Structured
learning eProgrammes
The HRD Healthcare training system uses the
discipline of structured eprogramme technology - this is a sophisticated application
of push learning technology
Push learning technology drives users through prescriptive ebriefing online training content
of each session using pre-determined time based active email. Sessions can have
work books and work based assignments attached, www study links, knowledge tests,
and action plans in support of blended learning and distant learning methods.
Session
progression can be at user descretion or controlled by the tutor depending on
the use of blended learning methods, need for group discipline or assessment of
learning elements to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
Individual
and group learning activity, status and results are recorded and are visible to
HRD Healthcare training group controllers and external verifiers.
